We will never ask you to commit to a package of sessions upfront. You book one appointment at a time, and we will always tell you honestly how many sessions we think you need and why. Our goal is to get you better as quickly as possible, not to keep you coming back unnecessarily.
Every appointment includes
We never just treat the site of pain. Every appointment includes an assessment of the full clinical picture — posture, movement, history, and contributing factors.
Direct osteopathic treatment using the techniques most appropriate for your presentation — joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, articulation, and more.
You will always leave understanding what we found, why it matters, and what we did about it. No jargon, no vague reassurances.
Specific exercises, postural advice, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your condition — not generic handouts.
Additional services
The following treatments may be incorporated into your appointment where clinically appropriate. They are used as part of your osteopathic care, not as separate add-ons.
Acupuncture
Western medical acupuncture used alongside osteopathic treatment for pain management, muscle tension, and nervous system regulation.
Included in appointment fee
Dry Needling
Targeted needling of myofascial trigger points to release muscle tension and reduce referred pain patterns.
Included in appointment fee
Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach working with the rhythmic movement of the craniosacral system. Particularly useful for headaches, stress, and post-trauma presentations.
Included in appointment fee
TPI Golf Performance Assessment
A dedicated Titleist Performance Institute screen assessing how your body is affecting your golf swing. David Feherty is the only TPI-certified osteopath on the Fylde Coast.
We accept cash and card payment at the time of your appointment. Payment is taken on the day.
If you have private health insurance that covers osteopathy, you may be able to claim back the cost of your treatment. Check your policy or contact your insurer directly — most policies require a GP referral letter.
We do not bill insurers directly, but we can provide receipts and clinical reports to support your claim.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee reflecting the full cost of the appointment.
New patient assessments available often within the same week. No waiting lists, no block sign-ups.
